Tonight’s program
We’re back at the South Lyon Theater for our second year. The whole place is ours for the evening.

A catered buffet with vegetarian options. Beer, wine, soda, water and coffee all night.

Raffle, cookies and the slideshow
Every club member gets one raffle ticket. Members fill the cookie table, and to-go boxes are provided so you can take a variety home. A slideshow of the club’s year plays throughout.

We wrap up at 7 so we can have the theater cleaned up by 7:30.

Nearly 70 members and guests came out last year. In our feedback survey, 20 of 23 people gave the party five stars, and 22 of 23 said they’d happily come back to the theater.

- Cost
- $35 per person.
- Payment
- Please don’t send payment yet. We’ll email a payment request with instructions closer to the event.
- Guests
- This is an adult-only event. Each member may bring one guest.
- Dietary needs
- Let us know about vegetarian meals or allergies on the RSVP form.
- Change of plans
- If you can’t make it after all, please let James know by November 29.

- Parking
- There’s a large lot across the street behind the buildings on the north side of Lake Street (10 Mile Rd). The Post Office lot directly behind the theater is open after 1 PM on weekends, and street parking is free.
- Drop-off
- We’ll have drop-off spots at the front and back of the theater.

Last year a lot of you asked how to help. We could use people for setup, the bar, the raffle table, and cleanup after the party. Check the boxes on the RSVP form and we’ll be in touch.
